1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to all tools and services offered by Little by Little Design ("we", "us", or "our"), including the Spoonflower Assistant — Little by Little browser extension and the Mockup Maker, accessible at littlebylittledesign.com.

2. What data we collect

We collect only what is strictly necessary to provide the service:

  • Activation code: The license code you enter to activate the Extension. Stored locally on your device and verified against our server to confirm your subscription status.
  • Device identifier: A randomly generated anonymous ID that identifies your browser profile. This allows us to enforce the 2-device limit per license. It contains no personal information.
  • Design images: When you use the "Generate & Fill" feature, the design image you upload is sent to our server and then forwarded to an AI provider for analysis. Images are processed in real time and are not stored by us or our AI provider after the request is completed.
  • Keywords and brand style text: Stored locally on your device only. We do not have access to this data.
  • Purchase data: When you purchase a license through our website (name, email, billing information), this data is processed by our payment provider (WooCommerce + PayPal) and subject to their respective privacy policies. We store your name and email address to manage your license and send you your activation code.
  • Mockup Maker: Images uploaded to the Mockup Maker tool on our website are processed entirely in your browser and are never sent to our servers. We do not collect or store any data from this tool.

3. How we use your data

  • To verify that your activation code is valid and active
  • To enforce the 2-device limit per license
  • To generate AI-powered metadata for your Spoonflower designs
  • To send you your activation code by email after purchase
  • To respond to support requests

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-party services

The Extension communicates with the following third-party services:

  • AI provider: Your design image and keywords are sent to an external AI API to generate metadata. Images are not retained after processing. The specific provider may change over time as the service evolves.
  • PayPal: Payment processing. Subject to PayPal's Privacy Policy.
  • Spoonflower: The Extension interacts with your Spoonflower design edit page to fill in metadata fields. We do not collect or transmit any data from your Spoonflower account.

5. Data storage and security

Your activation code and device ID are stored locally in your browser using the Chrome Extension storage API. Your keywords and brand style are also stored locally and never transmitted to our servers.

Our server communicates over HTTPS. We implement standard security practices to protect your data.

6. Data retention

License and purchase records are retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after termination for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us here.

Please note: requesting the deletion of your personal data will result in the deactivation of any license codes associated with your account. Activated devices will lose access to the Extension upon the next verification check.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can update your account information directly from your account on our website. For any other requests, please contact us here.

8. Children's privacy

The Extension is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via a notification in the Extension itself. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
