Which browsers does it work on?
For PC (Windows and Mac): Chrome, Opera, and all Chromium-based browsers — including Brave, Edge, and Vivaldi. For iPad: Orion.
Can this help with designs I already uploaded that don't have any tags?
Yes — open any design in your Spoonflower shop, drop the same image into the assistant, and copy the generated metadata into your listing.
How do I install it?
After subscribing, you'll receive an email with an activation code and a link to download the extension and installation guide. Installation takes about two minutes — no technical knowledge needed.
Do I need any technical accounts or API keys?
No. Everything is handled on our end. You just enter your activation code and start generating.
Can I customize what the AI generates?
Yes. Right in the assistant you can describe your brand style and add your trend keywords — the more context you give it, the more on-brand the results. Keep in mind that AI isn't perfect: we recommend always reviewing the generated content before saving. Think of it as a very good first draft that's yours to adjust.
Can I skip the title and only generate description and tags?
Yes. There's a checkbox in the extension to skip the title — useful when you already have a title you love and just want the description and tags filled in.
Can I use it on more than one device?
Yes — One activation code works on two devices simultaneously. If you want to switch to a different device, just sign out of one to free up the slot — you can do that anytime from within the extension.
What if I lose my activation code?
You can recover it from the link inside the extension, or anytime at littlebylittledesign.com/recover-license using the email address you used at purchase.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — from your account under Subscriptions, with one click. No forms, no emails required. You keep access through the end of your paid period.
If you prefer, you can also just send us an email and we'll take care of it for you.
What happens if a payment fails?
We'll notify you by email. You'll have a few days to update your payment method before access is paused.
