Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms

By purchasing or using the Spoonflower Assistant — Little by Little browser extension ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Extension.

2. License

Upon purchase of a monthly subscription, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to install and use the Extension on up to 2 devices simultaneously. Your license is tied to an activation code issued to you at the time of purchase.

Your license remains active for as long as your subscription is current. If your subscription is cancelled or a payment fails, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which your license will be deactivated automatically.

  • You may not share, sell, or transfer your activation code to any other person.
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Extension.
  • Each activation code is valid for a maximum of 2 active devices at any given time. You may deactivate a device to free up a slot.

3. Fair use — AI generation feature

The AI generation feature ("Generate & Fill") is provided as part of your license for personal commercial use on Spoonflower. To protect the quality and availability of the service for all users, the following usage limits apply: 200 generations per hour, 500 per day, and 1,500 per month.

These limits are designed to accommodate normal use well within Spoonflower's own upload limits, and the vast majority of users will never reach them. They exist solely to prevent automated abuse.

If you ever need a temporary increase — for example, if you're doing a large metadata review — just reach out here and we'll adjust it for you manually.

4. Changes to the service

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue features of the Extension at any time. When a planned change materially affects core benefits, we will do our best to notify active members in advance via a notification in the Extension itself.

The Extension depends on third-party services, including Spoonflower's upload interface and external AI providers. If any of these services change in a way that affects the Extension's functionality, there may be periods of reduced or interrupted service outside of our control. We will communicate any known disruptions via a notification in the Extension itself.

In the unlikely event that the service must be permanently discontinued, we will notify all active members as soon as we are able to do so.

5. AI-generated content

The Extension uses artificial intelligence to generate metadata suggestions (titles, descriptions, tags) for your Spoonflower designs. These suggestions are provided as a starting point and may require review and editing before use.

  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before publishing it on Spoonflower or any other platform.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated suggestions.
  • Little by Little Design is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content.

6. Prohibited use

You agree not to use the Extension to:

  • Generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
  • Automate bulk uploads in a manner that violates Spoonflower's own terms of service
  • Attempt to circumvent the license verification system
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose

7. Limitation of liability

The Extension is provided "as is." Little by Little Design makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Extension's performance, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Little by Little Design be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license if you breach these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

If a subscription payment fails, we will attempt to process it again over the following days. If payment cannot be collected, your license will be deactivated at the end of the current billing period.

You may also request the deletion of your account and personal data at any time. Please note that doing so will deactivate your license code and revoke access to the Extension. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

9. Founding Member — Legacy licenses

If you hold a Founding Member (Legacy) license, your lifetime access remains valid and unaffected by these Terms. Your license includes: access to the Extension for as long as the service is active, all future updates, and access to the AI generation feature subject to the fair use limits described in Section 3. Your license is non-transferable and tied to your original activation code.

10. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in good faith between the parties before pursuing formal legal action.
